| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract for professional consulting services to provide a Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA) to review and assess the on-going capital needs of Jet Blue Stadium and the Lee County Sports Complex, to obtain a long-term capital repair, replacement, and improvement program for both sites.
The qualified firm shall conduct an Architectural and Engineering Capital Assessment of both locations and prepare documentation, as described herein, regarding the condition of the properties, recommendations with respect to capital repairs and a replacement plan and matters relating thereto.
The object of the FCA will be to evaluate the condition of the existing facilities, document issues or defects based on observations, provide estimates of the expected life of the various components, recommendations for repair and replacement, and the range of costs associated with the repairs and/or replacement costs. |
