| Scope Of Work: | The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CM) for the replacement of existing domestic copper water lines, existing cast iron sewer lines and bringing all bathrooms into current ADA compliance within and throughout the Justice Center Tower located at the Justice Center complex. The services provided shall not include the Justice Center Proper, Justice Center Annex, or the Jail. |
