| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor for a fully-insured group disability plan to provide Employee Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Benefits for County personnel and participating entities. Detailed specifications, plan requirements, and County’s basic service regulations are further defined within Attachment A – Group Disability Benefits Matrix. Vendor shall ensure all such minimum requirements and expectations are understood and met. |
