| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to provide construction services to realign and widen an existing two (2) lane undivided major collector roadway to a four (4) lane divided major collector roadway. The scope of work includes the construction of approximately 0.5 miles of roadway, which includes drainage improvements, two (2) on road bike lanes, two (2) concrete sidewalks (one 6’ wide sidewalk and one 8’ wide sidewalk), construction of a two lane roundabout at the intersection of Littleton Road/Corbett Road, improvements to the existing intersection at Kismet Parkway/NE 24th Avenue, embankment, sod and water main installation/abandonment, utility casing installation and appurtenances for the City of Cape Coral. The scope of work also includes signing, pavement marking, maintenance of traffic, intersection lighting, interconnect conduit, and installation/removal of erosion control measures. |
