| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY” seeks to contract
professional services through a skilled and qualified design consultant hereinafter referred to as the
“CONSULTANT” to prepare contract documents including plans, specifications, estimates, supporting
engineering analysis, calculations and other technical documents in general accordance with FDOT policy,
procedures and requirements. The contract documents are to be used by the COUNTY to advertise, bid, and
construct the project. The CONSULTANT is required to follow a systems engineering process to ensure that
all required project components are included in the development of the contract documents and to ensure that
the project can be built as designed and to specifications. |
