| Scope Of Work: | GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK
1.1 Lee County Board of County Commissioners anticipates seeking professional consultant services including but not necessarily limited to, the following general tasks for water, sewer, and reuse:
1.2 Technical Studies and Reports (includes planning reports, preliminary design reports, etc.)
1.3 Engineering & Land Surveying, Subsurface Utility Excavation (SUE)
1.4 Flow Analysis, Hydraulic Calculations, and Assessments (for water, sewer and reuse systems)
1.5 Water & Sewer Treatment Process Analysis and Assessments
1.6 Design, Construction Plans & Technical Specifications (including material quantity take-offs, cost estimates
and bid documents)
1.7 Permits and Permit Renewals(as required by regulatory agencies such as the Florida Department of
Transportation, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Department of Health, South Florida Water
Management District, Lee County Department of Transportation and Lee County Department of Community
Development)
1.8 Final Bidding and Construction Documents
1.9 Advisory Services during Bidding
1.10 Construction Contract Administration and Management Services during Construction
1.11 Inspection Services, Operational trouble-shooting Services
1.12 Record Drawing and System Start-up Services |
