Lee County Parks & Recreation Neighborhood Parks

Our neighborhood parks are situated throughout Lee County and offer residents a place near home to be active outdoors.  All parks are inspected daily for playground safety and are expertly maintained by county employees.

Fishing:  Free (but a saltwater fishing license may be required, at no cost to Florida residents)

Charleston Park 

Map & Amenities: toilet, picnic tables, pavilion, grilling area, two playgrounds, swing set, covered basketball courts, multi-use field.

Hunter Park

Map & Amenities: toilet, picnic tables, pavilion, playground, covered basketball courts, walk/jog trail, pond.

Mary Moody Park

Map & Amenities: picnic tables, pavilion, playground.

Royal Palm Park

Map & Amenities: picnic tables, grilling area, fishing pier, Caloosahatchee River access (on the Great Calusa Blueway Paddling Trail).

Shores Nature Trail Park

Map & Amenities: picnic table, playground, walking trail (boardwalk through wetland area).

Tropical Point Park

Map & Amenities: toilets, picnic tables, grilling area, Gulf access (via Pine Island Sound), canoe/kayak launch, fishing.

Waterway Park

Map & Amenities: toilets, picnic tables, grilling area, playground, shuffleboard, basketball court, tennis court.
