Land Management Plans (LMP's) are an important part of the conservation, protection and management of Lee County's Environmental Lands. The LMP provides an overview of the environment and ecosystems on each preserve and outlines the actions necessary to restore, conserve and protect the land.
In order for the LMP to become active it goes through several approval stages. This process includes approval by the Management Subcommittee, CLASAC and the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Before the plan is sent to the BOCC for final approval it is available for public review and comment. If reviewing one of the LMP during the public comment period please email your comments to firstname.lastname@example.org.
