Land management plans are essential to the overall management of Lee County's conservation lands. Land management plans are created for each conservation property to outline the management actions necessary to restore, protect and conserve these lands.
When a land management plan is developed, it must first be approved by the Conservation Land Acquisition and Stewardship Advisory Committee (CLASAC) and made available to the public for review and input. Plans are then presented at a public meeting to the Lee Board of County Commissioners for approval.
