Mark Myers

Mark joined Conservation 20/20 in June 2015, as a heavy equipment operator. Mark was born in Ohio but moved to Florida with his family before he could crawl. Mark enjoys the outdoors. He has a passion for archery hunting, back water fishing and he competes in several BBQ events local every year. As a prior employee of the Division of Forestry (now the Florida Forest Service) with years of experience, he has accomplished thousands of hours of training for wildfires and forestry management. Mark is also certified as a burn manger along with being a certified wild land fire fighter nationally. He has been deployed as a wildland firefighter in 4 western states, California, Washington, Utah and Idaho. Operating heavy equipment is second nature to him with more than 20 years experience. Mark is a certified general contractor with the state. He is looking to make a difference for Lee County Conservation 20/20 and make it a better place to share with others the outdoor experiences that he enjoys so much.
