A87 Cost Allocation Plan

The A-87 Cost Allocation Plan distributes the costs associated with County support departments funded by the General Fund (such as County Administration, County Attorney, Procurement) to entities required to comply with federal regulations established in OMB A-87 (due to grant funding). For Lee County, this applies to the Port Authority, Transit and the Community Development Block Grant Program.

Full Cost Allocation Plan

The Cost Allocation Plan distributes the costs associated with County support departments funded by the General Fund (such as County Administration, County Attorney, Procurement) to other departments not funded by the General Fund (such as Transportation, Solid Waste, Utilities).

Impact Fee Cost Allocation Plan

The Impact Fee Ordinances authorize the County to retain a percentage (up to 3 percent) of impacts fees collected to offset the costs of administering the funds. Currently, the county collects 1 percent.
