Community CenterCommunity Center Rental Information and Guidelines for Use:
- Alcohol is prohibited inside the buildings, on the park grounds and in the parking lots.
- An hourly rate of $40, or $20 for non-profit groups/organizations that hold a certification of exemption (501C-3) status, may rent the Community Center between the hours 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. for the building only. Tables and chairs provided are for indoor use only.
- One day General Liability Certificate of Insurance is required.
- To open the front door, a code will be provided at the time of securing your reservation. The code will expire 30 minutes after the conclusion.
- Kitchen amenities provide a refrigerator, ice
machine, and sink.
- Candles, sternos and smoke/fog machines are strictly prohibited for use in the building. Hot plates and crock pots may be used for warming food.
- Please park vehicles in parking lots and not on the grass. Please do not park in the boat trailer parking area by the playground.

Park
- Amenities in the park are a playground suitable for ages 2-12, fitness station, walking path, and various pavilions available on a first come, first serve basis.

Fishing Pier- Matlacha Park features large lighted fishing pier with fish cleaning stations. Cast netting is not permitted from the pier.
- A Saltwater Fishing License is required to saltwater fish from shore. There is no fee for Florida residents.
This park was given to the county by the state in the mid 50's. Located on the park grounds was a volunteer fire department. It was used until the mid to late 80's. The building was built by community volunteers in the early 70's.
