Public Assistance Appointment
Your appointment has been scheduled on . Please drop off your pet at Animal Services, 5600 Banner Drive, Fort Myers, between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
Please remember to bring a photo ID showing your Lee County residence, cash or credit card to cover the fee required and for any additional services you may wish to request that are not included.
To ensure the safety of your pet, cats must be in hard carriers (one cat per carrier) dogs must be on a leash. Retractable leashes are not permitted.
Please remember that your pet should not have food or water after 12 midnight the night before surgery. Your pet will be ready for pick up the same day of surgery at 3:30 pm. Post surgical instructions will be explained to you upon your return to pick up your pet. If you do not pick up your pet on time there is a boarding fee of $20 per day. If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must contact the clinic within 24 hours.
Trap-Neuter Return Appointment
Your appointment has been scheduled on . Please drop off the feral at Animal Services, 5600 Banner Drive, Fort Myers, between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. The feral will be ready for pick up the same day of surgery at 3:30 p.m. The feral should be kept in the trap overnight, fed and released in the morning.
To ensure safety, ferals must be housed in individual approved humane traps – no exceptions. Traps can be borrowed from Animal Services with a refundable deposit the week of surgery. Place a towel or blanket over the trap to keep the cat calm during transport. Please remember the feral should not have food or water after 12 midnight the night before surgery. It is recommended that the feral be trapped the night before its surgery.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must contact the clinic within 24 hours. Donations are appreciated and needed to continue operating this free program.
