Base Fees

The base fees covers the fixed expenses associated with the operations and maintenance costs for providing water and wastewater service to the customer.

Usage Fees

The uses fees covers the variable costs associated with treating the water and/or wastewater.

Service Fees

The service fees are billed for the following reasons:

• Establish a new customer account
• To restore service after disconnection for non-payment
• To make special trips to the customer's home
• Payment returns for insufficient funds or other reasons

Late Payment Fees

1 percent or $5 fee (which ever is greater) if charge is unpaid after the reminder due date.

Wellfield Development Surcharge

To encourage water conservation, a 50 cent per ERU will be charged to the customer if their monthly water consumption exceeds the first water usage block.
