Commissioner Hold Open House March 31st

FORT MYERS, Fla. (March 30, 2005) - Lee County Commissioners Tammy Hall and Bob Janes will hold an open house in their Cape Coral offices on Thursday, March 31. The open house is from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The public is invited to drop by. Their Cape Coral offices are on the third floor (room 309) of the Lee County Government Complex in Cape Coral, 1039 S.E. 9th Place (see link to map on Internet www.lee-county.com/Commissioners/images/CapeGovMapLoRes.pdf. The open house is intended to give residents, particularly in the Cape Coral and surrounding areas (Greater Pine Island, North Fort Myers), an opportunity to meet their commissioners and staff, and address any issues they may have. Commissioner Hall was elected to the Board of Lee County Commissioners in 2004 and serves as the Board's vice chairman. Her district includes North Fort Myers, and the central and northern portions of Cape Coral. Commissioner Janes was elected to the Board of Lee County Commissioners in 2000 and 2004 and served as chairman in 2002. He represents District 1, which includes Sanibel, Captiva, Pine Island, Boca Grande and the southern and western portions of Cape Coral. |
