2 Northbound Lanes on Del Prado Blvd to Close at Cornwallis Intersection
Oct 18, 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Contact: Randy Cerchie, Lee County DOT, 533-8173 TWO NORTHBOUND LANES ON DEL PRADO BOULEVARD TO CLOSE AT CORNWALLIS INTERSECTION ON OCTOBER 24th CAPE CORAL, FL (October 18, 2007) – Two of the three northbound lanes on Del Prado Boulevard approaching the Cornwallis Parkway intersection will be closed beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2007, for utility work. Although work is anticipated to be completed in one day, it could possibly carry over to Thursday, October 25th. The closure will also affect the eastbound lanes on Cornwallis Parkway for a short distance. Southbound traffic movement on Del Prado Boulevard will not be affected. MOTORISTS SHOULD AVOID THESE SECTIONS OF ROADWAY AND USE ALTERNATE ROUTES IF POSSIBLE. Access to businesses at the intersection will be provided. Law enforcement will be available to assist with maintenance of traffic. |
