Primary uses of the new Elections Center include: - A third branch office for voter registration, registration changes, and early voting. - A recruiting facility for recruiting and training poll workers. - A storage and maintenance facility fo elections equipment. - A programming and prepartion facility for the iVotronic touchscreen units. - On election day, providing technical support for all of the county's polling locations, including a phone bank that communicates directly with poll workers to resolve any voter-related issues. |
