Seven EMS Employees Attain Credentials
Oct 15, 2007 Seven Lee County Emergency Medical services employees Attain credentials Ft. Myers, Fla.- Lee County Emergency Medical Services announced today that it added seven credentialled field providers to its division through their successful completion of the agency's field training program. Recently credentialled employees are: Simona Pepitone, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Tamarac, Fla. Rex Friedline, Paramedic, Port Charlotte, Fla. Linda Czoschke, EMT, Fort Myers, Fla. Vincent Casale, Paramedic (promotion), Cape Coral, Fla. Michael Macaluso, EMT, Fort Myers, Fla. Robert Tyler, EMT, Estero, Fla. Sherry Gillette, EMT, SW Ranches, Fla. Each paramedic and EMT that Lee County hires or promotes is required to participate in a four week orientation program and complete a field training program. Upon completion of the field training program, recruits are required to sit before an internal credentialling board which includes the EMS medical director.
Lee County EMS currently employs 238 credentialled field provider paramedics and EMTs. |
