San Carlos Blvd to Close at Summerlin Intersection Night of Oct. 15th
Oct 11, 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Contact: Randy Cerchie, Lee County DOT, 533-8173 SAN CARLOS BLVD. TO CLOSE AT SUMMERLIN INTERSECTION NIGHT OF OCT. 15th FORT MYERS, FL (October 11, 2007) – Northbound and southbound traffic on San Carlos Boulevard just north of the Summerlin Road intersection will be closed the night of Monday, October 15, 2007, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for utility installation. Traffic on Summerlin Road will not be affected, and turns to and from the south leg of San Carlos Boulevard will be allowed. The night of Tuesday, October 16, 2007 is scheduled as an alternate date. MOTORISTS SHOULD AVOID THIS SECTION OF ROADWAY AND USE ALTERNATE ROUTES IF POSSIBLE. Access to businesses at the intersection will be provided. Law enforcement will be available to assist with maintenance of traffic.
