On any given night in Lee County there are an estimated 2,000 persons without a place to call home. The Lee County Homeless Coalition, through a union of many diverse community groups and individuals, is working to end homelessness.

Please join us for our 3rd Annual Dinner and Silent Auction on November 3rd, 2007, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at the St. Columbkille Parish Hall, 12171 Iona Road, Fort Myers.

We are seeking local businesses to become corporate sponsors of this event. Various sponsorship levels are available and individual tickets can be purchased for $35 per person.

Signature Sponsor: $2,500 includes 8 tickets to dinner and auction and recognition on all event materials, web site, at the event, press releases, advertisement on dinner tables, and presentation of resolution from the Board of County Commissioners.

Gold Sponsor: $1,000 includes 8 tickets to dinner and auction and recognition on the program and at the event.

Silver Sponsor: $500 includes 6 tickets to dinner and auction and recognition on the program and at the event.

Bronze Sponsor: $250 includes 4 tickets to dinner and auction and recognition on the program and at the event.

In addition to sponsors and tickets, we would welcome donations from the community for the Silent Auction. Gift cards, tickets, service vouchers, or other items contributed would be greatly appreciated. There is also a competition for the best gift basket donated for the auction. Several events are also planned for Homeless Awareness Week, November 11-17, including opening ceremonies, educational and vocational activities, and the Homeless Standdown. Details will be released when available.
