Horizon Council Recognizes Companies at Industry Appreciation Luncheon
Sep 21, 2007 MEDIA ALERT Media Contact: Jennifer Berg, Lee County Economic Development Office Horizon Council recognizes premier companies at Lee County Industry Appreciation Luncheon (Lieutenant Governor Jeff Kottkamp congratulates winners) FORT MYERS, Fla. - On Friday, Sept. 21, the Horizon Council recognized four outstanding Lee County businesses at the annual Industry Appreciation Luncheon for the following categories: South Seas Island Resort for Tourism, Kent Technologies for Information Technology, Fox Electronics for Manufacturing and Congress Jewelers for General Business. Additionally, this year the Council awarded a Business Expansion Award to Storm Smart Industries. Lieutenant Governor Jeff Kottkamp was on hand to honor local winners. This event draws approximately 800 government, business and community leaders to celebrate the significant contributions of the business community in Lee County. The event was held at Harborside Event Center in downtown Fort Myers. |
