Your team members can be recognized for their outstanding customer service at the 2007 Elaine McLaughlin Outstanding Hospitality Service Awards in October. The Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau will deliver nomination brochures for you to display or distribute. Co-sponsored by the News-Press, the "E" Awards is a community collaboration to increase public awareness of, and to encourage and support, the extraordinary service excellence being provided by Lee County hospitality and allied industry professionals. Join your industry colleagues in spreading the word about how incredible customer service is in Lee County. Who can nominate? Visitors, guests, customers, colleagues, supervisors or employers, and local residents. Nomination forms can also be accessed online at www.eawards.org The nomination categories are: Accommodations, Attractions, Restaurants, Retail, Transportation, Good Samaritan and Other Services/Businesses. An Honor of Distinction category -- a nominee chosen as the best overall representative of outstanding service for the year -- will also be awarded.
