Jul 12, 2007 Hello, We just wanted to send out a quick blurb about Wa-Ke Hatchee, the Lee County Parks & Recreation Center in South Fort Myers. "Beat the Heat! Wa-Ke Hatchee Recreation Center in South Fort Myers off Summerlin Road offers a variety of free indoor activities & programs offered to the public with a $5 Lee County Parks & Recreation membership. All ages are welcome, but participants must be 13 years or older if not accompanied by an adult. Basketball, volleyball, table tennis, pool, pickleball, badminton and much more! Organized pick-up basketball or volleyball games are nightly from 6-9pm and open gym hours are on Saturday and Sunday from 9am-5pm. Call 432-2154 for more information." |
