Gunnery Road Four Laning Project Ribbon Cutting Ceremony 

On Tuesday, June 26, 2007, 2 PM, the Lee County Board of County Commissioners will conduct a ribbon cutting ceremony for the four laning of Gunnery Road in Lehigh Acres.  The ceremony will be at the Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District Station 3 at 308 Gunnery Road.   Lee County Commissioner, Frank Mann, will serve as master of ceremonies.  He will be joined by area residents and numerous officials from the Lehigh Acres Chamber of Commerce and the Fire District. 

This $ 10.3 million project will help traffic flow and increase public safety in the rapidly growing community.

The ceremony is open to the public and area citizens are encouraged to attend the festivities.
