Bayshore/Pine Island Road (SR 78) Intersection at Business 41 (N. Tamiami Trail) Will Be Closed Intermittently for Night Paving Operations Use Alternate Routes

Fort Myers, FL, Jan. 26, 2007 -  Bayshore/Pine Island Road (SR 78) at the intersection of Business 41 (N. Tamiami Trail) will be closed intermittently for NIGHT paving operations between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. beginning Sunday, January 28 and continuing until 5 a.m., Wednesday, January 31.
Eastbound and westbound traffic should expect intermittent delays up to 30 minutes.  In addition, Business 41 will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction during this time. These closures are required to mill and resurface the pavement on Business 41 at the intersection of Bayshore/Pine Island Road.

Motorists are asked to use an alternate route during this night paving operation.
