Horizon Council to Present 2006 Economic Results
Jan 12, 2007 MEDIA ALERT Horizon Council to present 2006 Economic Results/Preview 2007 Annual Meeting and 15 Year Anniversary Celebration to be held Friday, January 19, 2007 FORT MYERS, Fla. (January 12, 2007)--- The Horizon Council of Lee County, a 62-member public-private organization that advises the Lee County Board of Commissioners on economic development issues, will hold its annual meeting and 15 year anniversary celebration on Friday, January 19 at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theater, 1380 Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. with the annual meeting commencing at noon. Horizon Foundation President, Robbie Roepstorff, along with Regina Smith, Director of Lee County's Economic Development Office, will present the results of economic development activity in Lee County during 2006. There will also be a special 15 year anniversary video tribute. The meeting will conclude with Regina Smith and Horizon Foundation President, Robbie Roepstorff previewing Lee County's economic development plans for 2007.
