Lee TV to Air "The Caloosahatchee: River at the Crossroads"

The second episode of the series produced by WGCU Public Television on local water issues will begin broadcasting on Lee TV this Friday at 8:30pm. 

Entitled, "The Caloosahatchee: River At The Crossroads", the video takes a look at the history of the river and the dangers that threaten its long-term health and viability.  Commissioners Tammy Hall and Ray Judah are interviewed along with state and federal water officials, and concerned citizens.   

The video is part of a 3-part series entitled "Water Woes" which examines local water issues affecting residents and local governments in Southwest Florida.   

The program will be broadcast at 8:30 pm on Fridays and on Sundays at 1:30 pm until the next segment is available.  The series was made possible by a number of local governments, agencies, and organizations including Lee County.
