Summerlin/Gladiolus Intersection Opens Two Days Early
Nov 8, 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Contact: Amy Davies, Lee County DOT 479-8589 SUMMERLIN/GLADIOLUS INTERSECTION OPENS TWO DAYS EARLY (November 8, 2006) The intersection at Summerlin Road and Gladiolus Drive will not close Wednesday night, November 8, through Thursday night, November 9, as the contractor completed placement of the steel beams over the intersection. Sporadic southbound single lane closures will occur over the next week to allow the contractor to continue placement and fastening of the steel beams along the roadway. Similar future closures of this intersection will be required when the concrete decks are poured, painting the bridges and paving the intersection. |
