Summerlin/Gladioulus Intersection Opens Two Days Early
Oct 10, 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE SUMMERLIN/GLADIOLUS INTERSECTION OPENS TWO DAYS EARLY (October 10, 2006) The intersection at Summerlin Road and Gladiolus Drive will not close Tuesday night, October 10, through Thursday night October 12, as the contractor completed the placement of the steel beams over the intersection. Sporadic southbound single lane closures will occur at the end of this week to allow the contractor to continue placement and fastening of the steel beams along the roadway. Similar future closures of this intersection will be required when the beams are placed on the other bridge, when the concrete decks are poured, painting the bridges and paving the intersection. |
