Public Meeting to Discuss Orange River Preserve 10-23-06 @ 6PM
Oct 9, 2006 For Immediate Release: Notice of Public Meeting Orange River Preserve, a Conservation 20/20 acquisition, is a 58 acre preserve in central Lee County, located on the south side of Palm Beach Boulevard and east of Interstate 75. Lee County Parks and Recreation Staff invites the public to review the Land Stewardship Plan for the Preserve and attend this public meeting. The public meeting will be held Monday, October 23, 2006 at 6 pm at Lee County Manatee Park, 10901 State Road 80, Ft. Myers. Come let us know what you think! The Stewardship Plan is available for review from October 5th – October 23rd, 2006, at the Fort Myers-Lee County Public Library – 2050 Central Avenue, Fort Myers, FL- and at www.leeparks.org/2020/preserves.html.
