Gulf Coast Swim Team to Host Swim Meet
Apr 20, 2005 Weekend Sports Event Ft. Myers Florida - 4/20/05 Gulf Coast Swim Team to Host Swim Meet at Lee County/FGCU Aquatics Center Over 450 swimmers will participate in this weekend's swim meet at the Lee County/FGCU Aquatics Center, including a large number from Southwest Florida's own Gulf Coast Swim Team and Swim Florida. This event will also have an international flavor, as a team from Costa Rica is scheduled to partipcate. The event will be held Friday through Sunday (April 22-24, 2005), with Friday night's events starting at 5:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday events will begin at 8:30 AM. "This will be one of the largest swim events ever held in Lee County" exclaimed Don Henshaw with Gulf Coast swimming.
