Boys and Girls Invited to Participate in Wellness & Fitness Program

You are invited to participate in a comprehensive Wellness & Fitness Program at South Fort Myer's newest Recreation Center, Wa-Ke Hatchee Recreation Center. This three day, 9-hour program will assist you in developing a healthy lifestyle plan that will cover the effects of positive and negative peer pressure, low/high self esteem, the 7 healthy lifestyle factors, the decision-making process and how to identify healthy lifetime activities through recreation and fitness. All activities will be age appropriate. Who: Boys and Girls ages 11-13 When: Tuesday July 11, 18, and 25, 2006.
