Noise Wall Construction to Begin of Business 41
Aug 5, 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CONTACT: Noise Wall Construction to Begin on Business 41 Fort Myers, FL (August 5, 2005) - Beginning August 8, 2005, crews working on the Business 41 widening project will begin constructing a noise wall in front of Buccaneer Estates. This work will affect the pedestrian/bicycle pathway north of the entrance to Buccaneer Estates. During the daytime hours of construction, pedestrians/bicyclists will be required to use a temporary pathway defined by construction tape. Workers will be available during the day to assist disabled persons using this temporary pathway. Each evening, the original pathway will be restored for normal use during the overnight hours. The alternate path is for the safety of the public and will remain in affect for approximately one month. Please stay within the designated area and be alert. When the noise wall is complete, the original pedestrian/bicycle path will be reopened for use.
