14 new employees join Lee County emergency medical services

~EMS Actively Working to Fill 18 Remaining Vacancies~ 

Ft. Myers, Fla.-Lee County Emergency Medical Services announced 14 recruits started on September 11, 2008.

New recruits are:

Sara Liesen, Fort Myers, EMT

Guido Santangelo, Miami, EMT

Richard Stubbe, North Fort Myers, EMT

Alma McClure, Cape Coral, EMT

Erik Montano, Bonita Springs, EMT

Christopher Jackson, Cape Coral, EMT

Ken Hutto, Fort Myers, EMT

Bradley Cohan, North Fort Myers, EMT

Hernan Segovia, Cape Coral, EMT

Jared Formosa, Cape Coral, EMT

Michael Turano, North Port, EMT

Kevin Piazzisi, Palm Harbor, Paramedic

Scott Phillips, Palm Harbor, Paramedic

Christopher Martin, Largo, Paramedic 

The recruits will spend the next four weeks of employment attending the agency's new employment orientation program which will initiate them to local protocols and policies. With the addition of the 14 recruits, Lee County EMS employs over 256 paramedic and EMTs and is actively working to fill its 18 field provider vacancies.
