Sanibel Causeway Construction Special Media Event

The Lee County Department of Transportation would like to invite you to a
special media event.  The project team will lead a tour (planned exclusively
for the media) of the Sanibel construction site using a barge courtesy of
Lee County.  This is your chance to get an inside view of this unique
project.  Come see the visible features of the construction and learn about
the step-by-step process of building a bridge.

     Time:    9:00 a.m.
     Date:     Wednesday, August 31, 2005
     Place:    Punta Rassa boat ramp
