Pay My Utility Bill


To make paying your monthly utility bill as convenient as possible, Lee County Utilities offers several payment methods.

Online Payments

LCU Customer Portal
Pay online using the customer web portal. Registered customers can access your account to pay online payment, set up automatic payments and enroll in paperless billing.

Automatic Payments
To sign up for automatic payments using your credit/debit or checking/savings account, login into the customer portal.

Allow 4 to 6 weeks for automatic payments to take into effect. A message will appear on your bill statement when successfully processed. Until confirmed message is displayed, customers should continue to make payments.

Paperless Billing
To enroll in paperless, login into the Customer Portal. Select Billing & Usage, then Paperless Billing. You can view or access your account 24/7.

Pay-by-Phone

Phone Payments
Customers can pay by phone using a debit/credit card, or checking/savings account. To make a payment, call 1-855-895-6939 and follow the prompts to:

  • Enter your account number and billing zip code.

Important Information

  • If you are making a payment on a past-due bill, please contact the billing office at 239-533-8845 during regular business hours to notify them of the payment.
  • Payments made after 2:00 PM will not be reflected in the our billing system until the next business day.

Mail check or money order, along with payment stub to:

Please do not mail cash. Allow up to 7 days for payments to be delivered and posted to your account.

Utility Account/Lien Search

LCU provides Account/Lien Search Requests for monthly water and sewer bills at no charge. You can request single or multiple Lien Search request.

Please Note: LCU does not service the following areas:

  • Cape Coral
  • City of Fort Myers (within city limits)
  • Lehigh Acres
  • Naples
  • Bonita Springs
  • Sanibel/Captiva
  • Gateway

Processing Time
PLEASE NOTE: Requests are typically completed within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
