| Scope Of Work: | A. The existing Germain Arena is a 7,186-seat (8,500 seats for concerts) multipurpose facility located in Estero, Florida. The entire facility encompasses 182,875 square feet and includes the main arena and an adjacent pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with two recreational ice rinks. The awarded proposer will provide an evaluation of and potential upgrades for the Hurricane Protected Zone of the facility designated on original design drawings as a hurricane shelter. |
