| Scope Of Work: | The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONTRACTOR to perform construction services by a licensed Fire Sprinkler Contractor (licensed by the Florida State Board). Services shall include but are not limited to:
1.1.1. The demolition and removal of the equipment and components for the existing fire-suppression system; and
1.1.2. Furnish and install new fire protection, services, equipment and components to the existing fire suppression system.
1.1.3. The Contractor is required to obtain all appropriate permitting and must maintain organized and orderly working spaces while the building remains operational.
1.2. All work performed is to follow Federal, State, Local, OSHA, and County mandated regulations and specifications for associated work.
1.3. The scope of work is further defined and detailed within Exhibits A and B found attached to this solicitation package. CONTRACTOR is responsible for reviewing all documentation associated with this project. |
