| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners have approved issuing this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for the purpose of inviting and identifying qualified parties interested in developing and or managing the property located at 11831 Bayshore Road (Lee Civic Center), North Fort Myers, FL. 33917. As such, the County invites interested qualified parties, additionally referred to as Responder / Respondent, to submit a plan for management of the existing facilities and/or redevelopment of the aforementioned property, along with Respondent qualifications as requested herein. The Respondent’s proposal shall include a plan for ongoing management of the site through a long-term lease or an approved alternate method.
1.2. The property is currently used for civic functions such as the Lee County Fair, 4-H Youth Development and Mentoring program, and various other civic functions.
1.3. It is the County’s intention to determine, through this ITN process, the highest and best use of the property. The County welcomes all proposals for redevelopment and or management of the site.
