| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners anticipates seeking professional consultant services to design the reconfiguration the 6th Floor, PODs A & B to accommodate Court Admin requirements. Scope includes modifications to existing layout for new offices, workstations, conference rooms, files rooms, work areas, break areas, etc. Existing restrooms to be upgraded to meet ADA requirements. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing scope also to be included within this project, as required for new layout. |
