| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners seek to contract with a qualified Contractor to provide necessary services to remove the existing operable portions of the weir and replace those areas with a fixed weir as identified in the attached plan set. This scope of work will include delivering the operable structure in operable condition back to the County facility in North Fort Myers. The proposed work is primarily located within the limits of the canal, with the addition of parking lot repairs on the adjacent property to the north as identified in the attached plan set. |
