Already have an annual pass?
You’ve been transitioned to the digital system—once you activate your account, no further action is needed until your pass expires. Patrons should have received an email from Premium Parking with instructions to activate their account and update their license plate information. From this account, you can also renew your annual subscription. If you did not receive an email or your link has expired, please contact Premium Parking's Customer Service Center at support@premiumparking.com or call (844) 236-2011. Support is available 24/7.

- Parking Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- As of May 1, 2025, all Annual Parking Passes are digital, physical stickers are no longer required. An Annual Parking Pass is linked to your license plate, each vehicle must have their own pass.
- Already have an Annual Parking Pass? Your vehicle information is already on file. You will be notified before your pass expires.
- Vehicles with a disabled veteran license plate (DAV),
specific mechanical modifications for disability
accommodation, and those with Florida Toll
Exemption pass do not need to pay for parking at these
locations.
