  3. Enter 3 characters of permit type:
    • RES (737) - Residential
    • COM (266) - Commercial
    • POL (765) - Pool
    • FIR (347) - Fire & Gas
    • DSH (374) - Dock & Shoreline
    • MEC (634) - Mechanical
  4. Enter the numeric portion of your permit, replacing the dash (-) with the star key (*) if applicable
  5. Press pound (#) once you have entered the above information

Scheduled inspections can be cancelled through the system before 5 a.m. the morning of the inspection. After 5 a.m., you must call 239-533-5801.

*Fire inspections are a two-step process. First call the automated system at 239-533-8997 to generate a fire ticket then contact the applicable fire district​ to coordinate the inspection date and time.
