Mullock Creek Preserve is a small preserve located in south Lee County, along the eastern bank of a south-branching tributary of Mullock Creek. This 4.3-acre preserve is home to a small population of gopher tortoises, a state-listed threatened species. Despite its small size, this preserve contains seven distinct plant communities.

The Lee County Department of Natural Resources has included the creek in hydrological restoration work performed in this area.
