Lee County has issued this solicitation to secure a qualified, licensed, and insured contractor for the purchase, delivery, and turnkey replacement of 4 Air Handler Units at the Melvin Morgan Constitutional Complex (MMCC). The potential contractor shall remove existing AHUs on the 4th Floor and replace with Daikin AHUs. The contractor shall replace the existing controls on the 4th Floor AHUs with Distech Controls. The contractor shall replace all existing ducting in both mechanical rooms with new ducting that has exterior duct board per code. All removed HVAC controllers shall be returned to Facilities Construction Management. All permits and engineering shall be included with the bid proposal.
