Off-Leash and On-Leash Options at Lee County Parks

No matter where your four-legged friend lives, a dog park is nearby

Don’t keep your dog begging for a new experience or he may think you’re a heel! Parks & Recreation offers a bevy of beautiful locations your dog will enjoy. Best of all, they are free. Two types of facilities are available - dog parks and dog-friendly parks. Dog parks offer fenced, off-leash areas and other amenities.  Dog-friendly parks allow dogs on-leash.

Don't Feed the Monster, Part Doo!

Pet waste that is left uncollected degrades water quality. With an estimated 134,000 dogs and 154,000 cats in Lee County, this results in a lot of waste that washes into our waterways increasing bacteria. Join us in our Do your Duty campaign and pick up the waste! To learn more visit DoYourDuty.org and stop the Slime Monster.
