Lee County’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory quantifies energy use and emissions from government operations and the community at large using data from calendar year 2007.  The report offers a number of opportunities for the County to explore that would lower our GHG emissions.  This 2007 data will be used to measure our current and future emissions against overtime.  The County’s goal is to demonstrate reductions as we continue to implement a number of innovative projects and programs to reduce our impacts.
