Impact Fee Updates
On Tuesday, April 10, 2012, Lee County Commissioners adopted a new Impact Fee schedule that lowered School, Parks, Fire and Emergency Medical Service fees (Ordinance No. 12-07).
The new fee schedule for Parks, Fire and Emergency Medical Service is presented in the Addendum to Park and Fire/EMS Impact Fee Studies. Copies of the original reports can be viewed below.
