From I – 75:
Take I-75 South to Exit 141 – Palm Beach Blvd / SR 80 (West).
Turn right onto Palm Beach Blvd. / SR 80 (West).
Remain on Palm Beach Blvd. as it becomes First St. (one-way street).
Continue onto Bay St.
At the light, turn left onto Monroe St.
Turn right onto Main St. (second light).
Then turn right onto Heitman St. (the first street on the right).
Turn right into first driveway, and you have arrived at the Department of Community Development.

Traveling south on US 41, exit into Downtown Fort Myers just after crossing the Caloosahatchee Bridge.
Stay in the far right lane, which will curve around, back under the bridge.
Turn right onto Heitman St. (the first street on the right).
Turn left into first driveway, and you have arrived at the Department of Community Development.

I-75 North to Exit 138 - Immokalee Rd / Hwy 82 (West).
Turn left onto Immokalee Rd / Hwy 82 (West).
Remain on Immokalee Rd / Hwy 82 (West) as it becomes Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. (approximately 4.0 miles).
Turn right onto Monroe St. (third light past Business 41 / Fowler St.).
Turn left onto Main St. (the second light).
Turn right onto Heitman St. (the first street).
Turn right into first driveway, and you have arrived at the Department of Community Development.

Traveling north on US 41, exit into Downtown / Historic Ft Myers just before the bridge.
Stay in the left lane of the exit.
Continue straight through the light.
Turn left onto Heitman St. (the first street on the left).
Turn right into first driveway, and you have arrived at the Department of Community Development.

From SR 80 / Palm Beach Blvd.:
Remain on Palm Beach Blvd. as it becomes First St (one-way) Continue onto Bay St.
