Services of the Department of Community Development are located at 1500 Monroe Street and 1825 Hendry Street in downtown Fort Myers.
PLEASE NOTE: To provide additional customer service, the permitting lobby and building inspections office resumed their normal hours of operation. The permitting lobby is open 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday and the building inspections office is open 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
