How do I submit a Lien request?

Lee County Utilities Does Not Lien Property unless it is for sewer assessment fees.
To submit a Lien Search request, complete the following steps:
1. Create an e-mail message to Utilities@leegov.com
2. In the subject line, type “Lien Search” and then the Property Address (i.e. “Lien Search – 1234 Main Street”)
3. Copy and paste the following information in the body of the e-mail and fill in the highlighted areas:
Dear Lee County Utilities:
Please provide (Name of your business) with all outstanding water/sewer utility balances for the following property:
Property address: 1234 Main Street Estero FL 33928
Strap # (17 characters): 03-64-78-91-0000Z.0000
Fax Number: 123-456-7891
Lee County Utilities will respond to your request by fax within 3 business days.
